1. General Provisions 1.1. BAZA LEAGUE SEASON tournaments are part of the regular competition of BAZA gaming clubs and other partner clubs of the league. 1.2. The tournament is organized and overseen by referees and organizers. 1.3. The tournament is governed by this document, which is mandatory for all participants. 1.4. Any disputes not covered by the regulations are resolved by the head referee. 1.5. Changes to the rules are communicated via official channels. 1.6. Lack of knowledge of the rules does not exempt participants from responsibility.
2. Refereeing 2.1. The referee ensures compliance with the rules. 2.2. The referee may investigate violations and impose sanctions, including disqualification. 2.3. All referee decisions are final. 2.4. The league referee is a neutral person invited to supervise the matches. 2.5. If a team calls the referee without reason and delays the match — the team must compensate the club based on hourly rates. 2.6. Minor issues are handled by the duty administrator. If unresolved — the head referee makes the decision.
3. Participation 3.1. Registration is done through official channels. 3.2. Conditions and deadlines are set separately for each tournament. 3.3. Teams can be formed: – randomly after registration – via open slot format – as pre-formed squads 3.4. All participants must be present at all stages of the tournament. 3.5. Absence without valid reason = disqualification. 3.6. Participants must follow fair play, respect, and professionalism. 3.7. Each player is responsible for correct registration data. If they lose access to an account (e.g., Steam), disqualification may apply. 3.8. A team that wins a tournament is not allowed to participate in the next tournament of the season.
4. Entry Fee 4.1. Participation is equivalent to paying for 3 hours of gaming time. 4.2. If the paid time ends — the player must pay extra to continue. 4.3. Unless stated otherwise, the entry fee equals the cost of gaming time. 4.4. For FIFA 25: – Poland: 100 PLN – Ukraine: 300 UAH The amount may change — participants will be informed in advance. 4.5. The entry fee is non-refundable after registration closes or the tournament begins.
5. Match Broadcasting and Recording 5.1. Organizers have the right to stream or record matches for publication, archiving, or marketing purposes.
6. Player Nicknames and Team Names 6.1. Nicknames and team names containing profanity, discriminatory, offensive, or political content are prohibited. 6.2. Organizers have the right to request a nickname or name change.
7. Prize Pool 7.1. The prize pool is announced separately before each tournament. 7.2. Organizers may adjust the payout structure with prior notice.
8. Tournament Cancellation or Rescheduling 8.1. The tournament may be canceled or rescheduled due to force majeure or an insufficient number of participants. 8.2. Participants will be offered a refund or rescheduled participation.
9. Game-Specific Rules CS 2 (5x5, 2x2)– Format: Single Elimination – 5x5: Bo1, finals — Bo3 (if agreed upon) – 2x2: Wingman, 9 rounds – Platforms: Challengermode / Fastcup – Maps: Inferno, Mirage, Nuke, Dust2, Ancient, Train, Anubis – Match format: MR12 Dota 2 (5x5)– Format: Bo1 – Mode: Captains Mode (7 bans, 5 heroes) – Platform: Dota 2 – In case of technical issues — rematch at referee’s discretion FC 25 (1x1)– Format: Bo1 – Platform: PlayStation – If tied: extra time (2×5 mins) → penalties → Golden Goal (in the final) PUBG (4x4)– Format: Single Elimination – Mode: TPP – Platform: Custom PUBG lobbies – Maps: Erangel, Miramar, Vikendi, Taego, Sanhok
10. Additional Provisions 10.1. Organizers may inspect gaming devices. Refusal = player must use club equipment only. 10.2. Use of cheats = instant disqualification and a ban from the club. 10.3. Players banned in other leagues or platforms are not allowed to participate until the ban is lifted. 10.4. Late arrival or no-show: – 1st time: warning – 2nd time: 1-month ban – 3rd time: 1-year ban or fine — 200 PLN per team / 50 PLN per player 10.5. Smurf accounts are prohibited. Players must use only their main account. If a smurf account is detected: – entire team is disqualified – 30-day ban for every team member 🔹 If a player notifies about account change in advance — the new account may be approved after verification (e.g., via FaceitAnalyzer). 🔹 If the account is used without prior notice — it is automatically considered a smurf.
11. Final Provisions – The rules are mandatory for all participants – Organizers may make changes – All updates are announced via official channels – Final decisions are made by the head referee – All participants must uphold ethical conduct and mutual respect

2. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing 2.1. Data is collected and processed for: Organizing the tournament, managing matches, and informing participants. Creating player statistics and rankings. Marketing purposes: creating promotional materials, promoting future tournaments, special offers, and events. Ensuring communication with participants. 2.2. Photos and videos may be used: On social media, organizers’ websites, and promotional campaigns. For creating event reports, including press releases.
3. Use of Data for Marketing Purposes 3.1. Participants agree to receive marketing materials, such as: Promotional information about tournaments and events hosted by BAZA. News, special offers, and promotions. Recommendations for participating in future tournaments. 3.2. Data may be used for direct marketing through: Email. SMS messages. Calls or messages in messengers.
4. Data Protection 4.1. All participant data is stored in secure databases and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law. 4.2. Organizers ensure security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage to data.
5. Withdrawal of Consent 5.1. Participants have the right to withdraw consent for data processing or receiving marketing materials at any time. 5.2. To withdraw consent, participants should contact the organizers via official communication channels
