1. General Provisions 1.1. The BAZA LEAGUE SEASON tournaments are part of the regular BAZA cyber club competitions. 1.2. The tournament is organized and supervised by referees and organizers. 1.3. The tournament is governed by these regulations, which are mandatory for all participants. 1.4. Any disputes not covered in the regulations will be resolved by the head referee. 1.5. Any changes to the regulations will be communicated through official channels (Discord, Telegram, website, social media). 1.6. Lack of knowledge of the regulations does not exempt participants from responsibility.
2. Refereeing 2.1. The referee ensures compliance with the regulations. 2.2. The referee may conduct preliminary investigations into violations and apply sanctions, including disqualification. 2.3. All referee decisions are final and can only be appealed in case of an evident mistake or rule violation by the referees.
3. Participation 3.1. Participants must complete the registration process via official channels (website, Discord, Telegram, etc.). 3.2. The registration deadline and conditions are determined by the organizers for each tournament individually. 3.3. Teams can be formed in the following ways: Randomly after registration Open team formation Pre-formed teams 3.4. All participants must be present at all tournament stages and adhere to the schedule. 3.5. Unjustified absence may lead to automatic disqualification. 3.6. The tournament is conducted under the principles of fair play, respect, and professionalism.
4. Entry Fee 4.1. Participants must pay for three hours of gaming time in the club to enter the tournament. 4.2. If a participant's gaming time runs out, they must pay extra to continue in the tournament. 4.3. If no specific entry fee is announced, it is equivalent to the gaming time payment. 4.4. For FC25, a separate entry fee applies: Poland: 100 PLN Ukraine: 300 UAH The entry fee may change, with prior notice. 4.5. The entry fee is non-refundable if a participant withdraws after the registration deadline or once the tournament has begun.
9. Tournament Rules by Discipline CS 2 (5x5, 2x2) Format: 5x5: Single Elimination, matches Best of 1 (Bo1). Final – Best of 3 (Bo3) upon team agreement. 2x2: Single Elimination, matches played in Wingman mode, 9 rounds. Map and sides: Determined by map veto. Maps: Inferno, Mirage, Nuke, Dust 2, Ancient, Train, Anubis. Platform: challengermode.com or fastcup.net.
Dota 2 (5x5) Format: Single Elimination, matches Best of 1 (Bo1). Mode: Captains Mode (7 bans, each captain selects 5 heroes). Platform: Built-in Dota 2 system. Victory Condition: Destroying the opponent's Ancient. Force Majeure: In case of technical issues, the referee may order a rematch.
FC25 (1x1) Format: Single Elimination, matches Best of 1 (Bo1). Platform: PlayStation. If the match ends in a draw: Extra time (2 halves of 5 minutes each). If still tied – penalty shootout. Final: Team selection restrictions may apply (e.g., only top-5 teams allowed). If a draw remains after penalties, the players play another match until the first goal is scored (Golden Goal Rule).
PUBG (4x4) Format: Single Elimination, matches Best of 1 (Bo1). Maps: Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, Vikendi, Taego. Platform: Custom PUBG lobbies. Mode: TPP (third-person perspective), standard settings.
10. Final Provisions 🔹 These regulations are valid and binding for all participants. 🔹 Organizers reserve the right to change tournament conditions and make adjustments. 🔹 All changes will be announced via official communication channels (Discord, Telegram, social media). 🔹 In case of disputes, the head referee has the final say. 🔹 Participants must follow both the tournament rules and general ethical standards, respecting other participants and organizers.

Organizers of the BAZA LEAGUE SEASON tournament comply with applicable data protection laws and ensure the confidentiality of all collected data. This policy governs the process of collecting, processing, and using personal data of tournament participants.
1. Personal Data Collected 1.1. Data provided by participants during registration: Name and surname (or nickname). Contact details (phone, email). Date of birth (for age verification). 1.2. Data generated during the tournament: Game results, statistics, and achievements. Photos and videos taken during the tournament. Game recordings, broadcasts, and replays.
2. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing 2.1. Data is collected and processed for: Organizing the tournament, managing matches, and informing participants. Creating player statistics and rankings. Marketing purposes: creating promotional materials, promoting future tournaments, special offers, and events. Ensuring communication with participants. 2.2. Photos and videos may be used: On social media, organizers’ websites, and promotional campaigns. For creating event reports, including press releases.
3. Use of Data for Marketing Purposes 3.1. Participants agree to receive marketing materials, such as: Promotional information about tournaments and events hosted by BAZA. News, special offers, and promotions. Recommendations for participating in future tournaments. 3.2. Data may be used for direct marketing through: Email. SMS messages. Calls or messages in messengers.
4. Data Protection 4.1. All participant data is stored in secure databases and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law. 4.2. Organizers ensure security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage to data.
5. Withdrawal of Consent 5.1. Participants have the right to withdraw consent for data processing or receiving marketing materials at any time. 5.2. To withdraw consent, participants should contact the organizers via official communication channels
